Hello,
My friend and I are searching for an experienced chef/sous chef or line cook, preferably with expertise in Italian/Greek cuisine, to join us in our pursuit of opening a restaurant in Florida. We're considering the possibility of you becoming a partner in this venture.
We both have over 10 years of experience, mainly in Front of House (FOH) roles with some Back of House (BOH) experience as well. We've worked in various types of restaurants, from casual to upscale and Fine Dinning, and just so you know, we're both immigrants from Europe and we’ve been living in NY for almost 8 years. I'm in my late 20s, and my friend is in his early 30s.
With our combined savings, we're able to kickstart a mid-sized restaurant in Florida and keep it running for about a year. We've got a few potential locations in our hand and would love to discuss them further with you, brainstorming ideas together.
While it would be a bonus if you could invest some money into the business, it's not a requirement. What matters most to us is finding someone who shares our vision and is willing to work hard to make this venture a success.
We're looking for someone who's ready for a change, willing to relocate to Florida, and has the ambition to be a partner in building a restaurant from scratch. Let's create something special and become our own bosses.
