We’re looking for a Regional Manager!
Our team is in need of a Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations and knows how to lead and get things done while building up a great team. Some of the responsibilities of your role includes:
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring each achieves performance goals.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers to enhance productivity and alignment with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Customer Experience: Ensure all locations maintain a high standard of customer service.
Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor profitability.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to regional business strategies and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multiple restaurant locations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze and act on financial and operational data
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Minimum of 3 years experience in full-service restaurant management
- Proficient in food and bar programs
- Knowledge and experience with various POS systems and computer skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive approach to management
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Must have Food Handler’s and ServSafe Certifications
- Open availability
