Knowledge of Italian Cuisine and Wines.
Greet and make all guests feel welcomed.
Explain to guests menu items, daily specials and wine selections.
Well mannered, friendly individual with emphasis to attentive service, providing guests a memorable dining experience.
Perform other restaurant duties for opening or closing shifts.
Must be well groomed with professional appearance.
Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in fine dining establishments.
