CAFETERIA & EMPIRE GROUP is holding an OPEN CALL for Experienced SERVERS, BARTENDERS, BUSSERS & RUNNERS to join our FOH team.
Our OPEN CALL will be TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at 119 7th Avenue (corner of 17th Street). Please bring your resume.
Server Requirements:
- Experienced and personable/professional
- Good scheduling availability (including weekends) and 2+ years experience in a high volume restaurant
- Solid food and wine knowledge in addition to exceptional customer service
- Comfortable handling high profile clientele
- Proficiency with restaurant POS systems
- Excellent attitude, individuality and presence is a must
Bartender Requirements:
- Personable and hospitable
- Great positive attitude
- Strong presence
- Wine, beer, spirits, culinary cocktail program and food knowledge
- Love working with craft cocktails
- High volume precision bartending
- NYC FOOD PROTECTION CERTIFICATE A PLUS
