We're looking to fill in a full and part time position. (Wednesday to Saturday)
Candidates should have the following experience:
At least 3 years working the line in an upscale restaurant in NYC
Ability to uphold company standards
Ability to work in a high volume/ fast pace environment
Executing menu items from start to finish and wine service
Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
A strong sense of urgency
Willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow into other roles within the restaurant
