Early morning baking shift available from 4am to 9am Thursday through Sunday. This is a team of bakers, following precise baking directions and working alongside our head baker and chef. This is a great opportunity to learn about sourdough bread baking. We ask for bread baking experience and either a culinary school background or several years of hands on experience. We require three references and a great attitude.
