Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
- Support the Head Chef with menu items, specials, and new dish ideas
- Ensure proper food safety, labeling, and rotation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or sous chef (Italian cuisine preferred)
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy dinner service
