Key Responsibilities:
Spa Party Host
Lead and oversee all front desk operations with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.
Promote services, packages, and monthly specials to increase sales and customer retention.
Handle daily check-ins/outs, appointments, and payment processing.
Engage clients to understand their needs and suggest additional services or products.
Monitor and manage inventory for front-desk sales items and promotional materials.
Track and report on sales metrics and conversion rates to management.
Resolve client concerns professionally and effectively.
Coordinate closely with service providers and management to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow.
Qualifications:
2+ years of SPA front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (sales experience a strong plus).
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing, upselling services, and recommending add-ons.
Tech-savvy and familiar with appointment booking systems and POS software.
Energetic, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Background in hospitality, beauty, wellness, or fitness industries.
Experience hitting or exceeding sales goals in a customer-facing role.
