Line Cooks: We are seeking skilled line cooks who are experienced in working in fast-paced kitchen environments. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards. Previous Mediterranean Experience highly favored!
Prep Cooks: Prep cooks are essential to our kitchen operations, responsible for assisting with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients. Day Time and Early Morning Shifts Available
Expeditor: As an expeditor, you'll be the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and timely. Responsibilities include coordinating the timing of food orders, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before being served, and facilitating communication between kitchen and service staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for cooking.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
