Less than a year old, we are a new retail shop in the Wild West of Gowanus, BK. We are looking for an independent, customer service minded sales associate that can assist customers with wine and spirit selections, pairing wine with foods and can integrate well with our growing clientele.
We open a daily bottle for the neighborhood, so being confident in pouring and speaking of wine/s a plus. We also host regular public tasting events so if you have an interest in wine education there will be additional avenues of growth.
Retail role will include sales, customer service relations, receiving orders, restocking, event participation, store opening/closing and POS operations. (Ability to lift 40 pounds). Retail or restaurant experience a plus!
Our current need is weekend support, but intend to increase hours as needed. Pls do not reply if you can't work on Saturday.
