A working Kitchen Manager oversees and is hands on with all culinary operations ensuring high quality food prep, smooth kitchen workflow, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of Italian cuisine.You will work closely with our cooks, servers and banquet managers to deliver exceptional experiences for all of our events.
Job includes:
supervising, training and scheduling kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
overseeing daily food prep and cooking, portion control, and overall quality.
Work closely with the owners and banquet managers
Manage ordering, receiving, and proper storage of product.
Control food costs by minimizing waste
Conduct regular inventory checks
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of kitchen management
strong knowledge of Italian food
