Healthcare Customer Service Representatives
Location: Midtown, NYC
Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the efficient operation of our medical management system. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, assisting healthcare providers, and delivering exceptional service to both providers and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Documentation
Collect and enter information from healthcare providers into the medical management system for assessment tools.
Create and maintain case files for services requiring authorization to ensure prompt decision-making.
Track and update data to guarantee accurate claims processing and adjudication.
Provide high-quality customer service by effectively managing and triaging calls.
Ensure accurate data collection during calls while meeting established performance targets.
Track and report customer complaints regarding service requests, offering suggestions for corrective actions when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
Healthcare background or experience in medical management settings is required.
salary 18 - 19/hr in office daily
