The CCMR is a free standing Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF).
CORF's were created to allow people in need of an intensive, multidisciplinary treatment program, but not requiring 24 hour care to attain these services outside of the hospital.
We currently have a full time position available for a NY State Licensed Social Worker.
