Optical Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear needs.
This includes helping customers find the perfect frame, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for processing sales transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and providing support to the optical team as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Optical retail/ customer service is mandatory
Bilingual Russian/English a plus
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of optical products and terminology
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing sales transactions
Basic computer skills
-knowledge of insurance, vision plans and unions.
