Home Health Care Nurse
Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating healthcare services for the LHCSA.
Monitor Clinical Compliance by ensuring the agency operates within the standards of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the NY DOH.
Conduct home visits to supervise staff, conduct in-take assessments, and evaluate care.
Participate in Quarterly Quality Improvement Committee meetings to ensure proper Clinical Compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/RN license required.
Car required with valid drivers' license, registration, and required insurance
Ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, good organizational and time management skills, good business sense, and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
