We are looking for a Superintendent in New York City.
HOUSING NOT PROVIDED
2 YEARS OF LOW INCOME HOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This candidate must be able to perform the following:
Provide routine and preventative maintenance
Complete regular minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Shut off electrical or plumbing if major repair is needed.
Log and maintain the work orders initiated during shift
Assist painters and housekeepers when assigned
Additional work when required
