Seeking superintendent for residential building to address minor repairs and maintenance including:
Plumbing (minor leaks and faucet replacement/swaps)
Light carpentry (drywall patch and paint)
Change light bulbs
General maintenance and cleaning
Hours: 8AM to 5PM
Must have car - this location is not accessible via public transit
