Looking for a full time handyman to run our maintenance, Apt Turn over ect.
Needs to know Basic electric, basic plumbing, drywall, carpentry, tiles.
Needs to be a good problem solver and do quick work
Must have a van/truck
Must have a full selection of their own tools
Needs to know English and Spanish.
