We're hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to join our maintenance team, which serves twentyof our Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair.
Ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience with multi-unit or building maintenance.
Building Superintendent experience - a huge plus.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting.
Equipment maintenance and repair.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
4 shifts during the week and 1 weekend shift.
Occasional repairs will need to be done after the restaurants close.
