Job Title: Plumber and Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber and Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems as well as performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of residential building.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and faulty fixtures.
Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and water heaters.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as HVAC maintenance, electrical repairs, carpentry, and troubleshooting equipment.
Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber or maintenance technician.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy tools or equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying weather conditions.
