Cooperative building is seeking a Full-time Porter (40 HOURS/WEEK)
This is a permanent job.

The starting pay rate during 90-day probation is $17 / hour and is paid weekly.
Immediate start required.
Maintain building cleanliness, trash removal, and recycling.
Snow removal, cutting grass and performing groundskeeping, etc.
Must follow instructions and orders from supervisors.
Previous maintenance experience working in a residential building is preferred.
Must speak English, have good communication skills, and be punctual.
Paid holidays and paid vacation after the first anniversary.
