Seeking handyman for mixed use (residential and commercial) building for minor repairs and maintenance including:
Plumbing (minor leaks and faucet replacement/swaps)
Light carpentry (drywall patch and paint)
Change light bulbs
General maintenance and cleaning
Hours: 7:30AM to 4PM
Must have car - this location is not accessible via public transit
