RELIABLE HANDYMAN/SUPER. Looking for experienced handyman / super to work between uptown NYC and Bronx. Experienced with sheetrock taping, spackle, painting, hanging doors/ windows, window repair (balances, weights, etc) light electrical, light plumbing, floor install (wood, vinyl, ceramic), changing locks, install kitchen cabinets. None of these jobs are major jobs. Must have own van or truck with valid license. Schedule is 5 1/2 days per week. Salary $1,000 net o t b
