Job Description:
As a Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of commercial kitchens. Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning kitchen hoods, exhaust systems, and related components to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and sanitation standards
Performing thorough inspections and assessments of kitchen exhaust systems
Using specialized equipment and cleaning agents to remove grease, grime, and other buildup
Communicating effectively with clients and providing exceptional customer service
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Completing service reports and documentation accurately

Requirements:
Previous experience in kitchen hood cleaning or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of fire safety regulations and NFPA standards a plus
