Looking to fill a porter position for multifamily building (Central Harlem).
No Living Accommodation
Must be able to keep building clean at all times, take care of gathering/sorting garbage and recycling for collections, sweeping and mopping of all common unit areas.
English is a plus
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly.
