Busy plaintiff's personal injury law office has position for associate attorney position or law graduate awaiting admission to New York bar.
Duties for law graduate include client interviews, drafting pleadings and motions and subpoenas. Additional duties for associate attorney include attendance at court discovery conferences, conducting depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Will train as necessary.
Spanish language proficiency a plus but not essential.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
