Personal injury plaintiff’s firm seeks a New York State admitted attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling motor vehicle and premises cases. Candidate must have solid and successful experience drafting and arguing motions including “threshold” motions Candidate will be required to handle a case load from inception to preparation for trial. Deposition (conducting and defending) experience required. Some trial experience a plus but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.
