We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Law Clerk / Office Assistant to support our legal and administrative staff. Position Overview:
This role involves providing administrative support to our paralegal/office manager and assisting attorneys with daily operations.
Duties include:
Front desk support: answering phones, greeting clients, managing calendars
Drafting letters, legal correspondence, and basic court documents
Organizing case files and tracking legal deadlines
Performing billing, timekeeping, data entry, and general clerical duties
Supporting attorneys and office staff with scheduling and document preparation
Who We're Looking For:
A quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
Someone who takes initiative and can follow directions carefully
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone manner and solid judgment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet use
Prior office experience a must!
Knowledge of legal billing programs (e.g., HoudiniESQ, Timeslips, Clio, or similar) is preferred but not required
