Prepare, organize, and manage documents for lawyers and official filings

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research and document drafting

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experienced in a legal office, paralegal work, or administrative support for lawyers
Excellent at written communication and research
Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Notion, AI tools)
Discreet and able to handle sensitive personal and business information with trustworthiness

Familiarity with LLC formation/dissolution, divorce proceedings, or other legal filings
Comfortable coordinating with lawyers and understanding legal document requirements
