Seeking a detail-oriented calendar clerk for our fast paced plaintiff personal injury law firm. Candidate must have experience as a calendar clerk and adminstrative assistant in a personal injury law office. Must possess good typing and language skills. MUST have excellent organizational, time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail and a positive and friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish fluently is a big plus. Experience with Cloudlex Case Management is also a plus.
