We are an immigration law firm and are seeking to immediately hire a full-time Immigration Paralegal. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, and family based petitions. Fluency in a 2nd language is required. Must have experience in legal support roles and a strong understanding of immigration law procedures.
Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in drafting and filing immigration petitions and applications; conducting legal research on immigration laws and regulations; managing case files and maintaining accurate records; communicating with clients to gather necessary information; and reviewing and analyzing legal documents. Must be punctual, detail oriented and hard working.
The starting salary is $60,000 - $80,000 yearly plus overtime, bonuses, medical and dental insurance with a salary increase after 3 months. This is an in-office position (remote or hybrid is not available).
