Our law office represents immigrants clients in both routine and complex immigration and deportation defense matters.
We are seeking to hire a bilingual (fluent in English/Spanish) paralegal with immigration law experience. You should be familiar with immigration forms such as I-130, I-360, I-589, 42-B, I-485, I765, as well as the immigration court process.
Interested Candidate MUST
have at least 1-2 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization
have experience in Immigration Court cases such as COR and Asylum
have experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits
be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills, and be punctual
Hourly Rate Range 20 per hour, Full Time Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift.
