Job Description:
Compose E-mail communication and letter correspondence to clients, law firms, banks, title companies and other businesses
Coordinate and confirm the scheduling of real estate closings, depositions, meetings, phone calls, etc., and organize any notices, direction and location arrangements associated with these events
Answer Phone and serve as point of contact with clients, law firms, and outside companies
Prepare correspondence and basic legal documents using templates
Manage and Organize e-mail correspondence and office calendar
Prepare outgoing mail, UPS and Fed Ex and follow up with delivery as necessary
Overall office support, including filing and document organization, filing, inventory of office supplies and other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree/Two Years of College
Computer literacy and typing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PDF Software, and familiarity with office scanning and printing equipment
Candidate should have good organizational skills, interpersonal communication skills
Job Type: 25-30 hours per week, in-office, $16-20 per hour, commensurate with experience
