Of Counsel position needed for busy trusts and estates firm. Experience needed in drafting wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney and trusts (both irrevocable and revocable). Also experience in funding the trusts. Experience in real estate and business an added plus. Drafting and back office work can be remote but need to be able to be in person to meet clients in office as well. Usually one to two times a week for just that client meeting not all day.
