This is a general practice mostly focused on civil rights (police abuse, prisoner abuse), personal injury and criminal defense. Looking for an experienced paralegal to manage caseload from inception, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and trial. We value professionalism and respect and our work environment is calm, focused and driven. Experience with calendaring, scheduling and ensuring timeliness with Court and discovery deadlines. Knowledge of Smart Advocate is a plus but will train if necessary. Spot and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
