Busy real estate firm seeking paralegal/admin asst. to join our legal staff.
Experience in landlord-tenant field, closings and knowledge of litigation processes necessary.
Must be familiar with NYSCEF processes and procedures.
Must be efficient, organized, and a quick thinker with ability to handle high volume of cases with fast turnover at every step including rent demands, petitions, warrants, and holdover predicate notices and petitions.
Will assist closing team with due diligence, reading minutes, and closing prep.
Salary commensurate with experience.
