We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Junior Associate (1L-2L) to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist senior attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from initial client intake through trial preparation
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the field of Personal injury is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with legal research tools like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for legal documents.
-Ability to draft S&C's, BP's, Responses to Discovery Demands / Orders, Subpoenas, Motions, etc.
- Excellent transcription skills for documenting legal proceedings accurately.
Spanish or Russian Speaking is strongly preferred, but not a must
