Position Title: Campus Marketing Specialist (Game App)

Company Overview: We are an innovative gaming company dedicated to providing users with a unique mobile gaming experience. To expand our game app’s user base, especially among university students, we are looking for a creative and driven Campus Marketing Specialist to promote our game app through various campus activities and online channels, driving downloads and active users. Our company offers assistance with OPT and CPT applications to help international students gain valuable work experience.
Position Overview: The Campus Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting our game app on university campuses, planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted at students, sparking interest, and driving downloads and usage. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the campus ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Ambassador Program: Recruit and manage campus ambassadors, guiding them in promoting the game app on campus and achieving user growth through social media, events, and outreach.
Campus Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline events on campus, such as gaming tournaments, campus roadshows, and collaborations with student organizations to increase visibility and app downloads.
Digital Marketing: Utilize social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for online promotion, creating innovative campaigns that drive user engagement.
Referral and Incentive Programs: Design and implement referral programs targeted at students, encouraging them to invite friends to download and experience the game, expanding the user base.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Collaborate with student organizations, clubs, and campus media to promote the game app and launch joint promotional events on campus.
Data Analysis and Feedback: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campus marketing activities, provide regular reports, and optimize strategies based on data to improve user acquisition and engagement.
Requirements:
Promotional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in campus marketing, event planning, or related fields, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Project Management: Ability to independently plan and execute campus marketing campaigns with strong project management and organizational skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with students, campus organizations, and other partners.
Social Media Proficiency: Familiar with social media platforms and able to leverage them for game app promotion.
Creativity and Adaptability: Innovative thinker, able to adapt quickly to changes and propose creative campus marketing strategies.
Goal-Oriented: Strong sense of goal achievement, able to meet user growth and download targets under pressure.
Bonus Points:
Experience with student organizations or campus event planning, familiarity with campus life, and a broad network of campus resources.
Experience as a campus ambassador or in similar promotional activities, with knowledge of campus marketing operations.
Passion for the gaming industry and relevant marketing experience.
