About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized procurement manager to manage interior design projects' sourcing, purchasing, and logistics. This role requires remote and on-site work, including vendor coordination, visiting showrooms, tracking orders, and assisting with design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Placement – Source and purchase materials, furnishings, and accessories.
Vendor Management – Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with showrooms.
Logistics Coordination – Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely arrivals.
Inventory & Project Management – Organize client information, track orders, and maintain storage solutions using Dropbox and project management tools.
Design Support – Assist with AutoCAD, 3D design presentations, and floor plans for client projects.
On-Site Assistance – Visit job sites to take measurements, oversee installations, and ensure smooth execution.
Marketing Support – Help with digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation and project promotions.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Understanding of interior design materials, project timelines, and vendor management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design software is a plus.
Ability to be mobile for pickups, site visits, and showroom coordination.
Interest in marketing and social media for interior design businesses.
Compensation:
$20-$40 per hour based on experience level (commission potential available)
