Busy wedding and event photography studio is looking for Production Assistant/Album Designer. Must be passionate about photography and willing to help out wherever needed. You will be assisting our small office team with various tasks and helping out with our photo related production. This is a great opportunity to utilize your Adobe Creative Suite skills and gain experience working in a busy photography studio. You will be assisting our album designer with all aspects of the design process from beginning to end. You will also be interacting with clients on a day to day basis, so great communication skills are a must. Job assignments will include cataloging and editing digital files, album design, retouching and customer service. Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
We are looking for someone that can make a long term commitment, please do not apply if you are looking for a fill gap position.
Requirements:
Adobe Creative Suite (namely Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom)
Microsoft Word & Excel (1-2 years of experience)
Retouching (1-2 years of experience)
Mac & Windows savvy
Must have a flexible schedule throughout the week and weekends
Must have great communication skills with clients over the phone and in person
Must be highly organized and work well within tight deadlines
