Experience working in a lab, commercial kitchen or bakery is a plus.
Production of products following precise formulation recipes.
Following strict cleanliness and sanitizing protocols.
Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients.
Mixing, heating, testing, batching and filling products.
Strict attention must be given to proper maintenance and organization of production area.
Maintain quality control throughout and assess finished products.
Conduct inventory of raw ingredients and finished products.
Prep daily web orders - box and ship as needed.
Maintaining proper hygiene of workspace which will include sweeping of production area, washing production equipment.
Work with the team to manage the production schedule.

Able to work independently and be a self-starter
Strong organizational skills
Can precisely follow formulas
Strong communication skills
Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Able to work in a high-pressure environment
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to calculate basic math formulas
Previous experience in a lab, food service or bakery environment is a plus
