Our company, a leading developer of additives for molded industrial parts is seeking a temporary employee for approximately 3 weeks to assist with an organizational project. The main responsibilities include:
Sorting and organizing Accounts Payable documents by date and category, then packing them into boxes.
Creating labels for files and boxes using a label maker.
Cleaning up and reorganizing the finance file room, including eliminating and restructuring files.
Assisting with a scanning project (scanning wire transfers and payment confirmations and uploading them to the ERP-JDE system), if time permits.
Priority will be given to the first three tasks.
Work Schedule:
3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (flexible start times at 8:00 am or 9:00 am are available)
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
Location: This position is on-site at our office in Tarrytown.
