We are a New York based wholesale beer & beverage distributor. For over 30 years, we have been providing beverage distribution services to retail businesses such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets & grocery stores in all 5 boroughs of NYC.
Position: Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, balance, and bookkeep all incoming transactions (receivables only).
- Timely posting and application of cash payments received to applicable invoices.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Perform accounting services for all customer accounts ( i.e. issue debits or credits to adjust a customer’s account).
- Answer all incoming customer phone calls.
- Take phone orders and process invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering and resolving incoming customer phone calls/inquiries.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Knowledge of general book keeping procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, Spanish or Korean is a plus.
- High School Diploma.
- Team player who can work well with other people.
Work Schedule & Hours:
Monday - Friday (5 Days)
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
