Our client, a well - established, high end contracting & remodeling company in Greenwich, CT, has an immediate need on a temp to perm basis for an experienced administrative assistant. Duties include phone coverage, tracking daily materials allocations to jobs, monthly credit card reconciliation with back-up, maintaining driver trip logs for project allocation, purchasing supplies for office and job sites, assist HR with compliance work, maintain records of company's fleet maintenance/ scheduling and other projects as needed.
