Administrative Assistant for Property Management Company

We are looking for a motivated and organized office assistant to help us grow! You will be working closely with our Accounting Department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Filing / Scanning

Pick up and drop packages

Create Reports for Accounting Department and update daily

Deposit Checks

Answer phones and greet visitors

Collate and distribute mail

Keep Office Paperwork Organized

Assist with Day to Day duties

Correspondence with Accounting and Customer Service department

Skills/Requirements

- Must have communications, organization and accounting skills

- Must have knowledge on how to operate Quickbooks

- Accountant abilities/must know how to work with reports and numbers

- Fluent in English and Spanish (Must be able to write emails and letters in English and Spanish)

- High level of attention to detail

- Know how to move around the city

-Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This position is a Part-Time office job, days of work is from Monday to Friday. This is not a remote position.

Training is period is PART-TIME transitioning to Full-time after a month.
