Job Summary/Description
A&E design firm in Flushing is seeking an organized and proactive administrative assistant to join our organization. Coordinate and implement abroad range of duties vital to the office operation including but not limited to secretarial, receptionist, and clerical tasks, office equipment management and operations, administration, conference and meeting planning, travel support, information and data processing including preparing paperwork, generating reports, mail distribution, photocopying, faxing, records management, telecommunications management, facility usage and space issues, supply distribution, preparation and analysis.
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the office operation
2. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
3. Type a variety of memorandums, letters, reports and other documents as requested, utilizing Microsoft office, and filemaker
4. Coordinate and schedule daily field inspection
5. Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Chinese; high capability of responding to a broad Range of customer requests for problem resolution in a timely manner.
Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable and able to relate well with diverse populations
