Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for external partners and clients—must be articulate, professional, and confident on the phone.
Assist in daily administrative operations, including scheduling, managing emails, and organizing meetings.
Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Conduct research and compile data on markets, customers, and industry trends as requested.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage files with a high level of accuracy.
Help manage CRM and sales systems—strong computer and tech skills are essential.
Thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Support team goals and work collaboratively with staff across departments.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable speaking with professionals from a variety of industries.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Prior experience supporting a sales team or executive preferred
