Responsibilities

Manage AR/AP processes, including billing, processing invoices, and collecting payments on current and completed

projects.

Overseeing billing cycles to optimize profitability.

Coordinate with project managers and architects to align operational needs with ongoing projects.

Track project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of work within scope and budget.

Facilitate client communications regarding project schedules, billing, and ongoing work updates.

Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.

Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.

3+ years of experience in business management, ideally within architecture, engineering, or construction industries.

Strong financial management skills with experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.

Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office) and project management tools (Ajera).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of architectural processes and terminology is highly preferred.
