Communicate with service providers and track project progress
Assist with administrative tasks (paperwork, filing, follow-ups)
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate research and writing

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent at written communication and research
Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Notion, AI tools)
Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information
