Part-Time Office Assistant (In-Person) for Real Estate Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented office assistant for an office-based, in-person role.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office/Word/Excel)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to communicate in a personable manner on the telephone and in person

Job Details:

Answering phones and taking detailed messages

Tenant Contact (collecting rent and following-up with late payments)

Drafting Leases and Lease Renewals with careful attention to detail

Advertise vacant apartments

Faxing/Filing/Coping/Scanning

Managing and maintaining the filing system

Other duties as assigned, including drafting letters and updating spreadsheets)

Part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week

In-person role based at our Staten Island office - North Shore

Salary $16-$17/hr, depending on experience
